Week 1 Women's Pull Up Challenge Progression

WEEK 1 PULL UP CHALLENGE PROGRESSION


Hello, badass babes! Check out the video for your week one pull up progression. Also, please feel free to post videos and pics of your hollow holds and hangs for feedback and support!

This week I want you do AT LEAST three days of:



3 x 30 sec hollow holds


Followed by:


5 minutes of every minute on the minute (EMOM) Hollow hold hangs


For the hangs, I want you to work up to hanging for 45 seconds straight in the next five weeks. If you can hang for 45 secs in a still hollow hold position, then add weight.

Remember to incorporate pushing exercises into your routines, too, as we do this.

Many people end up falling off the wagon because they simply do not want to do the exercises. You do not want to bore yourself in an exercise routine; make sure to change it often. It will be easier for you to enjoy your work out and stay motivated.


Do not be afraid to pat yourself on the back, you deserve it. After you have attained your first goal, you will probably feel motivated to reach even higher! Be good to yourself with new exercise clothes, a new workout video, a book or CD, or a small portion of tasty dessert!


You don't have to settle for mundane workouts that don't excite you. With a good frame of mind and a positive approach, you will have a lot of fun. Use these ideas to improve your mindset and start on your path to success.
