Tricep Dip Exercise Modification - plus size - workout - episode 10



Hitting the back of our arms is a challenge. Many women struggle with showing their arms. Frankly, our bodies are awesome, and being plus size doesn't equal arms covered. For me, I focus on triceps to increase my strength and ability. While this is not where I started doing triceps, which are a small group of muscles, and help with the "bat wings" .... this is one of many tricep exercises.
